Casino Promotion Terms and Conditions

Please note, in order to receive any promotion you must claim in the cashier or with a CS Representative BEFORE playing your deposit.

  • Bonuses cannot be combined with other bonuses, maximum 1 bonus per deposit, player, account, household, IP address, email address or computer unless SPECIFICALLY stated otherwise.
  • The Free No-Deposit Sign Up Bonuses are restricted to maximum 1 bonus per player, account, household, IP address, email address or computer. Having a linked account within the casino will void the promotion and any winnings thereof.
  • A promotion is deemed completed only if you have fulfilled the wagering requirements AND requested a cash out, OR if you reach a balance of $0.00. All wagering requirements/restrictions of a particular promotion will remain attached to your account unless one of the two situations is met. New deposits to your account when your balance is $0.01 or higher will have remaining wagering requirements and restrictions of a previously uncompleted promotion.
  • For promotional bonuses, both deposit and bonus must be wagered 10 times in slot wagering prior to withdrawal, unless SPECIFICALLY stated otherwise.
  • The default expiration date for any promotion is 1 week from the date it was sent, unless SPECIFICALLY stated otherwise.
  • Promotions and/or winnings will not apply to players whose accounts show connections with fraudulent activity.
  • Player account must have a valid e-mail address that belongs to the customer.
  • Superior Casino reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify account information.
  • Superior Casino reserves the right to terminate or adjust any promotion at any time.
  • In order to withdraw a bonus, player must request a withdrawal which is a total amount greater than the sum of the purchase and the bonus. This means that the player will only be able to withdraw the bonus (or part thereof) if they make a profit greater than or equal to the amount of the bonus. If your profit is less than the amount of the bonus, this amount will be credited back to the player's casino account for the player to continue wagering. If the player loses more than the amount of the bonus no restrictions will be imposed on your withdrawal, other than the wager requirements noted above. For example, if the player deposits $100 and receives a bonus of $50, then a withdrawal $140 will result in $40 being returned to their casino account, and they will only be able to cash-in again once their balance exceeds $50 (being the amount of the bonus received).
  • The recipients of email and direct mail promotions are the only eligible players for stated promotion. Promotions cannot be exchanged nor transferred to any other player.
  • Courtesy Tokens must be wagered 20 times in Slot machines prior to cash out. Maximum payout on a Courtesy Token is 10 times the amount of the chip after meeting play through requirements (unless SPECIFICALLY stated otherwise). Your account balance will be reduced to zero after making the withdrawal. Wagers occurred in other games than Slots will void any winnings.
  • Free / Deposit bonuses are voided for players from the following countries: Poland, Finland, Canada, Bulgaria.
  • Free / Non Deposit bonuses are voided for players from the following countries: Poland, Israel, China, Bulgaria, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Vietnam, Hong Kong.
  • Players are allowed to redeem ONE Free / Non deposit bonus ONLY (unless SPECIFICALLY stated otherwise).
  • Some bonuses may have maximum cash out that will vary depending on the percentage of the bonus.
  • Wagering requirements for all bonuses must be completed in the Slot Machines only, unless SPECIFICALLY stated otherwise. Wagering on a restricted game will void the bonus and any winnings from the bonus will be removed.
  • Account balances will be reduced to zero by casino management and therefore closed if the account stays inactive for 6 months.
  • The casino reserves the right to request a Security Form at any time. If a person does not return a faxback form and the required personal identification within 30 days of such request, risks suspension and possible forfeiture of his/her account. In such case, the casino may unilaterally determine resolution of any account funds.
  • If a player deposits with a credit card he/she is required to have a security form documents in order to process a cash-out, and there may be a waiting period of up to 10 days before withdrawal is processed.
  • The casino reserves the right to reclaim bonuses and / or close accounts in situations of apparent abuse or fraud. Bonus hunting/abusing behavior is defined by the management on a case-by-case basis.
  • The maximum withdrawal for any of our free sign up bonuses is $50. After the cash out has been completed, your Real Money balance will be reduced to zero. Bonus rollover must be completed before withdrawing any amount.
  • The free no-deposit sign up bonuses have to be completed within 1 week of registration. The casino reserves the right to finish the promotion after this period and remove any winnings thereof.
